At the corner of the Croix-de-Malte street, in an old Orléans house, the restaurant l'Essentiel has settled since July 2022 with the motto "la cuisine au naturel". A traditional but also very modern French cuisine fed with local products. A refined and well thought out menu that highlights quality products, plants and Loire cuisine.
