" Harmony of body, heart and spirit "is the motto of this association created by Benoît Saillau 20 years ago. This yoga teacher and psychotherapist offer yoga courses and also provide introductory courses for Indian massage, conferences and internships. Work at the clay field, a therapeutic activity designed to réharmoniser body and mind, has become one of its specialties. The price is decreasing according to the month of departure of the activity. Membership allows you to attend all the courses, given in the different Aselqo of the city, but also in Cléry Saint-André and La Chapelle Saint-Mesmin.
