This "sports and leisure" complex offers a 25-meter pool for individual swimming practice and group classes offered by the establishment. A relaxation and entertainment area is also available, with a wave simulator, slides, and a fun pool with jets and massage benches. For adults only, the center offers a spa with a double hammam, a panoramic sauna, an organic sauna, a whirlpool, a cold bath, a balneo pool and a boutique offering treatment products and an herbal tea room.

Lost in a small street on the edge of the city centre, the No 1 club of conviviality welcomes us in a nice atmosphere since 1987. The team makes every effort to feel like a family. In the room, at the bottom, some devices are sweeping your arms under the gaze of a tray coach who takes care of your movements and objectives. On the strength plate, more than 60 workstations are available. On the floor, the large parquetée hall offers collective courses in the right mood: bodypump, stretching, bodybalance, self defense… Between two activities, you can relax in the sauna, steam bath and follow a UV session.
