In the castle, in the heart of the city, the Saint Louis hotel school, founded in 1981, opens its doors and invites to its curious and greedy table. Here, it is the students who officiate, both in the kitchen and in the room. They are, in sum, for the greatest pleasure of the clients. The dishes are prepared with great attention and prices are small. As for service, let us not forget that they are learning their future jobs, so there is a little leniency. However, the reputation of this establishment is no longer to be done because it is classified among the best European high schools since the year 2000. It is best to book, especially for themed evenings (regional or foreign specialities to discover) organised regularly.

Repas organisé par mon employeur en début d'année dans cet établissement scolaire. Du début à la fin tout était nickel aussi bien l'accueil, le service, la présentation des plats. Félicitations aux élèves sans oublier les enseignants. Bonne adresse et on peut même y aller en couple, c'est génial. A refaire
