The production is displayed in front of the store to tempt you to come in. Come and try their chocolate specialties, typical of the region: rives de Loire, croustinettes, le Loiretain, gravelles. If you prefer pastries, you'll also find Paris Gien and trompe-l'œil lemons (yuzu flowing heart and lemon mousse). In fine weather, enjoy ice cream in tubs or esquimaux and entremets glacés, and the store offers bûches glacés at Christmas.
