Combleux, a former submarine village, has an incredible charm as well as the house of the Church Path which next to the Orleans canal. Beautiful, beautifully maintained and spacious, 100 m 2 with three bedrooms on the floor, this cottage is a delightful base for all walks around, favouring the fishing and reunion with a genuine nature, giving lovers of calm a right without appeal. As elsewhere, we feel here in another world and yet Orléans is only a few kilometers, a height!
