They have 400 m² of maturing cellars in La Croix-en-Touraine. You can find them on several markets in the department and, as a matter of course, at the Halles de Tours! It's simple, there's something for everyone, including an impressive variety of goat's cheese.

And as Thierry likes to innovate, he created with a baker the Balzacienne, a tart with Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine in homage to the writer.
