TMV Tours offre chaque semaine l'actualité de la Touraine avec une certaine légèreté. On retrouve notamment un dessin humoristique ainsi que des reportages sur la Touraine. Grâce à TMV, on peut aussi consulter les sorties ciné, musicales et littéraires ainsi qu'avoir un agenda des sorties. On trouve le magazine dans de nombreux endroits de Tours ainsi que sur leur site internet.
