For more than 100 years, Institut de Touraine has welcomed more than 2,500 students from all over the world each year to take French courses in a beautiful downtown building. It also provides training for teachers of French as a foreign language. Is its success due to the idea that French is spoken in Touraine "without an accent"? (a mirage for real linguists!). In any case, the Institute is working seriously: a member of the Groupement FLE, it has a convention with the University of Tours. The courses are adapted to the level and the objectives of each one, with a personalized follow-up. The place delivers diplomas like the DELF, the DALF or the TCF.

Llevan más de 2 meses dándome largas para devolverme ese dinero. Tras mi primera reclamación me dijeron que estaban con mucho trabajo y que tenían hasta 2 meses para devolverme ese dinero.
Cuando lo contraté no me dijeron que fuesen a tardar tanto en devolvérmelo, pero lo di por bueno y esperé esos dos meses.
Luego me dijeron que la persona encargada estaba de vacaciones y que volvía al día siguiente y que le dirían que era urgente.
Pero sigo sin recibir el reembolso, así que supongo que me veré obligada a ponerles una denuncia por estafa.

Estuve en otra residencia unos días por mi cuenta y me devolvieron el dinero el mismo día que me fui.
Dejé la residencia que me buscaron ellos hace dos meses y medio y he reclamado mi dinero hasta en 4 ocasiones antes de dejar mi comentario aquí.
A pesar de su respuesta a mi comentario inicial de que iban a tratar de solucionar el tema (después de todo este tiempo y de mis 4 reclamaciones), ni han contestado a mi último correo directo, ni me han ingresado el dinero... me dejan sin más opciones que lo que apuntaba en el comentario inicial... Me parece muy triste tener que llegar a estos extremos...

Finalmente me han devuelto el dinero.
Es una pena que el buen sabor que me dejaron las clases y la estancia en Tour se haya empañado por todo este tema...

مجتهدين ويحبون يوصلون لك معلومه بقدر المستطاع ويساعدونك على انك تتجراء على الحديث يوجد عوائل مميزه جدا ولك الحق في تغيير العائله اذا ما ناسبتك كذلك المدينه جدا جدا ممتازه من افضل المدن للطلاب ولكن السكن شوي غالي العائله تبدا من ٧٠٠ الى ٩٠٠ يورو سكن انفرادي تقريباً ٥٥٠
