Léonie's mill is an educational farm located in Saint-Senoch, in the Indre-et-Loire department. Léonie, the operator, welcomes young and old alike to discover the world of cereal farming and milling. The farm is located in a green and peaceful setting, 20 minutes from Loches. Groups can book a half-day or full-day tour of the farm. The program includes an introduction to cereals and how they are used on a daily basis, from grain production to flour processing in the stone mill, pastry-making workshops and treasure hunts. Visitors with a sweet tooth can also take home sweet or savoury cake mixes. Le Moulin de Léonie also offers vacation camps for children, with milling discovery activities and treasure hunts. The farm also welcomes groups for classes vertes or classes de découverte, with different themes on offer.
