Sébastien Dubourg offers you a selection of home-made charcuterie: foie gras, pâtés en croûte (special mention to the pork, duck, foie gras and caramelized apples), ham puff pastry... But you come especially to discover its rillette de Tours IGP, Gold medal winner at the general agricultural competition in 2020. This craftsman is also a caterer: you will be seduced by the presentation first, and we have no doubt about it, by the taste, then, of his creations: salmon éclairs, meat pie, lobster bisque opera and other cooked dishes.
