This huge vineyard (1300 ha), which covers a large geographical area (from Restigné to Bourgueil), is planted with Cabernet grapes. The cellar stocks vintages dating back to the 1990s. A special feature of the Cave des Grands Vins de Bourgueil is the production of personalized cuvées from 5 ha upwards. The grapes are then vinified separately and sold with domain names.
