In Loches, organic meat is available at the Boucherie des éleveurs bio. After launching a first shop at the Halles de Tours, Christophe Taillandier, director of the Boucherie bio tourangelle, has decided to open a second one in Loches. The shop is attached to Unébio (Union des éleveurs bio) which is a national grouping of 2,500 breeders. The objective is to remain in short circuit with a regional supply. Good products!
