Former relay in downtown Loches offering simple and unpretentious rooms with sanitary facilities
A former post house, located in the city center, at the foot of the ramparts, with a flowery inner courtyard. The rooms are simple, unpretentious, but the bedding is good, as well as the sanitary facilities. Simple, cosy, a bit retro but the establishment is well kept. The cuisine is both inventive and traditional. The wine list is well structured. Sylvie and Stéphane Gagé, the owners of this house, are attentive to your every wish and will satisfy you during your stay in Loches.

Nous adorons cet hôtel aux meubles anciens au charme désuet.

They have an incorrect name and an incorrect address posted with many online booking sites; which means that when you arrive in Loches you cannot find the hotel despite going to the address provided. They take no responsibility for this and still charged us. Disgraceful.

Hôtel au charme suranné. Le hall d'entrée et la salle à manger sont une merveille.Un regret : nous n'avons pas pu dîner faute de réservation. Petit déjeuner copieux.Les gérants sont aux petits soins, gentillesse et amabilité comme l'on en rencontre rarement.

Très sympathique dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel. Le patron est maître restaurateur. Il concocte ses plats, fait son foie gras. Le tout accompagné de vins « qui vont bien ». ????
