In this bakery-pastry shop as we like them, Émilie and Guillaume offer you their sourdough bread, this ancestral method which guarantees a better preservation. The two managers also surf the organic wave, with a special mention for their Guérande salt bread. We also like to stop there for a sandwich, a pastry or a cake, all excellent! Not surprising since Guillaume is a pastry chef by trade. For birthdays, baptisms and other events, original cakes are made with passion and love.
