The Van den Berghe family welcomes you since 2010 in their magnificent wine estate, located in the Bourgueil AOC. Eight charming guest rooms and three independent gîtes welcome you to the heart of the vineyard. The vines stretch as far as the eye can see, and the work of these passionate peoplehave led them to obtain the AB certification, hand harvesting as in the past, method of cultivation of the vines, without forgetting the manufacture of these wines and the secret of the cellar master... The production is a range of varied wines in 100% Cabernet Franc, in the Bourgueil appellation.

Hillsides, Cabernet Franc and eight generations of winemakers! The Gambiers know how to make the most of an almost genetic know-how. Today, Thomas and Denis work this 17-hectare vineyard located in the commune of Ingrandes-de-Touraine in the Bourgueil appellation. The vineyard is renowned for its perfect hillside Bourgueil, vinified in the traditional way, i.e. without new oak, or even in stainless steel vats. Two brothers who know how to work together and produce a wine that is much appreciated by a large number of customers... and awards!

Gabriel Simon is in love with the landscapes of Touraine, and in particular those of the Bourgueil region where he raises poultry of ancient breeds in the open air, but also rabbits on hay, geese and fattened ducks. He offers whole poultry including the chicken of the vineyards and the Gournay, succulent terrines to be tasted with a glass of wine from a collaboration, foie gras, but also some jams, bread, biscuits...
