Locavore restaurant where local producers and plants have a special place in Cormery.

Not far from the abbey, the old Auberge du Mail has just been taken over by a couple of young thirty-somethings. Laurène and Stéphane welcome you in a locavore restaurant. Here, the producers are local and the vegetation has a special place. Aromatic plants are even grown in the garden! A short circuit full of authenticity which does not prevent a refined and inventive cuisine, which is inspired by the whole world. In winter, the room is sober and elegant, and we appreciate the beautiful fireplace. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace in the shade of the wisteria.

Nous avions réservé pour le réveillon du 31 décembre. Menu unique en 7 temps. Des plats visiblement élaborés à la lecture de celui ci. Une magnifique surprise avec des ingrédients inconnus ou cuisinés différemment de l’ordinaire. Un voyage culinaire magnifique et délicieux que nous recommandons vivement aux gourmets et aux gourmands. Pour notre part, cette première visite ne sera assurément pas la dernière !
