Hotel-restaurant in Bléré recommending comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices
In the heart of this pretty flowery village, a large charming house. As soon as you enter, the mix of the old and the new works wonderfully. A retro chic decoration which is also found in the spacious rooms of the establishment with names of famous travelers of the region. Outside, a heated pool and a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy the excellent restaurant. Perfect service. Elegance and refinement on the plate. Flavors and subtleties in the mouth! Quality services for a reasonable price!

Hôtel charmant, décoré avec soin et originalité.
Accueil chaleureux.
La table vaut le détour, repas excellent, très bons produits du terroir, personnel attentionné.

I was not sure to award two or three stars. Everything is ok. But does not warrant a Logis three star rating. It was unfortunate that we stayed the previous night in a hotel which I have given a 5* rating.
We dined on full board package offered by Brittany Ferries. The worst point was the evening meal. Upon reflection, it was just a poor meal with a very limited choice. Only two options available in both starter and main courses. We sampled all available and we agreed every one was poor and ranks in the bottom three of many meals enjoyed in France.
The service was very outdated and does not compare with very excellent hoteliers we have met in France. Even though the service was given by two individuals in their 20”s or 30”s. The meal was the most expensive on this trip to France. It is very obvious that neither have benefited from working in a range of hotels to develop a successful style.
The hotel lies within an exclusive group, were we would never consider a return visit.

Nous vous remercions pour votre agréable commentaire. Effectivement, les petits déjeuners sont servis à partir de 8h30, lors de votre arrivée nous vous avons expliqué qu'il était possible de prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt en libre service.
Comment pouvez-vous stipuler l'absence de petit déjeuner alors qu'il s'agit d'un buffet en libre service : machine à café, bouilloire, jus de fruits, charcuterie, salade de fruits, céréales. Tout le nécessaire !!
