Stemming from a long tradition of charcuterie, the Hardouin house is a true Tourangelle institution. It produces regional specialities made from fresh, traditional and quality products in an approved laboratory. But above all, it maintains the tradition of real rillettes de Tours (IGP). The Hardouin House has existed for more than a century and is one of the "Traiteurs de France". Andouillette à la corde au vouvray, rillons fried in white wine in a cast iron pot, rillettes tourangelles.... So many delights!
