Au Royal Chocolat is the art of cocoa and the meeting place for gourmands! An address not to be missed for lovers of unique flavors. Here, you can find breathtaking pastries but also ice creams, and of course chocolates. All homemade by the artisan pastry chef and chocolatier. On the program: home-made pralines, ganaches, muscadines, fruit jellies, macaroons... Quality products that can't be found anywhere else! The pastry shop has its own specialties: the Royal Chocolate, the Montgomery, the Duo or the Plaisir d'antan.

Château and cellars dating from 1856. A vineyard of about thirty hectares. An exceptional terroir, a skilful blend of tradition and modern technology enabling Marielle Henrion, the owner and Champagne oenologist, to develop two traditional methods, one pure Chenin, all elegance, the other very aromatic, combining the power of Chardonnay with the finesse of Chenin. The same demand for quality gives rise to its AOC dry, sweet or mellow wines. Possibility of visits, tastings, stay at the château de l'Aulée in the gîte.

Settled since 2013 in Azay-le-Rideau, Angélique and Quentin Bourse run a 12-hectare estate, certified organic. On this ridellois terroir, the vines are planted with chenin, grolleau de Cinq-Mars, côt, gamay, chaudenay and cabernet franc. The natural wines, grand cru or table wines, are fine but each has its own powerful character. It's not for nothing that the producer is also called the winegrower of angels! Together with winegrowers, brewers or according to his wishes, he also regularly creates original concept vintages.

Welcome to this beautiful, airy, bright and chic boutique. It offers nearly 700 references of wines, mainly from the Loire Valley, and 50 references from several regions of France. The manager, Jean-Michel, is a real ambassador of Loire wines. From Quincy, to Chinon, through Vouvray... Red, white, rosé... All colors and all formats, there is something for everyone! Here, the bottle is a treasure that we put in value and sometimes behind a window. You can also discover a selection of spirits.

Stemming from a long tradition of charcuterie, the Hardouin house is a true Tourangelle institution. It produces regional specialities made from fresh, traditional and quality products in an approved laboratory. But above all, it maintains the tradition of real rillettes de Tours (IGP). The Hardouin House has existed for more than a century and is one of the "Traiteurs de France". Andouillette à la corde au vouvray, rillons fried in white wine in a cast iron pot, rillettes tourangelles.... So many delights!

Take a nice detour to Italy, on the cobbled streets of Azay-le-Rideau. For more than 10 years, this ice cream shop has been all the rage in this small village and in the surrounding area. Run by Vincent Nuvoloni, an Italian by birth, the store is never empty. Made daily on the spot, the ice creams are based on Touraine milk and the sorbets are without added flavorings or coloring. The choice is hard when you are greedy. Waffles, milkshakes or sweet Italian treats, you will succumb to all these delicacies with an authentic taste. A delightful treat!
