Carloyn Merle-Rémon is a ceramist, she works in stoneware. She took over from her husband Denis, who died in 2012, and exhibits his works in his studio. This potter creates animal sculptures in clay, ridge spikes, but also enamelled stoneware frescoes or more classic pottery. She exhibits at the tourist office in La Châtre. In the summer, she also leads pottery workshops, to pass on modelling techniques to children and adults alike.
