Denis and Florence Ducloux raise goats and make Valençay PDO cheese, the famous truncated pyramid made from raw milk. You can buy the cheese directly from the farm every day between 8am and 5pm, then from 7pm to 8pm. This allows you to meet the producers and get to know the operating and manufacturing methods better. Cheeses can also be found in local shops and at the Maison du fromage in Pouligny-Saint-Pierre.
