Jacky Chichery is an artist. This pastry maker made masterpieces of sugar like his magnificent replica of Valençay Castle or a water mill that works. He also reproduced comic characters. Today, it is the Boyer-Pereira family who took over the shop but tradition is respected and the works in sugar are always displayed in the tea room. Do not leave without having one of the specialties of the adjacent pastry. To eat without moderation!
