Matthieu and Renaud Mabillot come from a family that has been farming for three generations. Returning to their family home in the early 2010s, they matured their project and took the plunge.
Today, they produce white, rosé and red Reuilly AOC on a 200-hectare estate founded in the 1990s by their father. In addition, a distillery was built in 2018 to offer a range of 5 whisky vintages.

Un très bon whisky français
Ce que j'ai apprécié chez Mabillot, c'est la philisophie familiale. Il n'y a pas la certification bio mais une agriculture raisonnée, sincère et honnête. Le whisky est fait a partir de la production en orge des propriétaires qu'ils distillent ensuite chez eux. bref du whisky français de grande qualité, inutile d'aller chercher en Ecosse, nous avons des pépites dans notre pays

tres deçu ! apres 4 bouteilles exellentes 2 tres acides aigres je ne comprends pas meme carton suite au contact par tel effectivement 2 bouteilles etaient infectes ,plusieurs mois apres je suis donc retouné ,expliqué et sans aucune hesitation ils m'ont donné 2 bouteilles en plus de ma commande ,j'y suis retourné plusieurs fois et aucun probleme bref des vignerons honnetes,humains blanc gris ou rouge exellent ! tres bon rapport qualité prix aucune hesitation (a bientot donc)
