Launched a few years ago, Au Fin Gourmet Levrousain is the brainchild of Victor Etienne. Except that he knows the business inside out, since his family has been in the butchery and charcuterie business for almost 100 years!

And while the house specialties are obviously derived from this field, such as the horse sausage whose recipe comes from his grandfather, complete catering menus are offered, made with fresh, local produce!
