Launched a few years ago, Au Fin Gourmet Levrousain is the brainchild of Victor Etienne. Except that he knows the business inside out, since his family has been in the butchery and charcuterie business for almost 100 years!

And while the house specialties are obviously derived from this field, such as the horse sausage whose recipe comes from his grandfather, complete catering menus are offered, made with fresh, local produce!

Très bon traiteur mais cela lui arrive parfois de facturer des articles en trop ou d’inverser des produits ce qui fait qu’on se retrouve avec une piémontaise à 48 euros le kilo… (jambon saint Daniel facture à la place de la piémontaise) très bon mais pensez à vérifier vos tickets de caisse
