It's been 10 years since Sylvain Barbot opened his bakery, and the locals perhaps had no idea what was in store. A decade later, the bakery is recognized as one of the best in the department. In May, for example, they won second prize for the best pain au chocolat in Indre, and second prize for the best traditional baguette in France. This explains why some customers don't hesitate to travel dozens of kilometers to visit us!
