The chef worked in Sancerre before joining Reuilly; He offers us a divinely worked French cuisine like this Limeux chicken with vinegar, the walnuts of Saint-Jacques with the oil of lemon or roast beef. Like the rest of the map, desserts are fine and very worked: chocolate and pear, salt to salt and syrup to the romarin. The wine served is Reuilly, of course! It's nice to enjoy these dishes in beautiful white porcelain plates in Limoges and with beautiful silverware!
