Hervé Oizon produces various honeys: buckwheat, chestnut, spring, sunflower, acacia... He offers them in jars of 30 g to 1 kg, depending on your appetite. He also makes honey sweets and sells pollen. You can sponsor a hive or buy a swarm if you want to start beekeeping (training is provided). You can find these honeys at local farmers' markets, in local shops and supermarkets, and also at the apiaries. Remember to make an appointment before coming.
