Marie-Thérèse Jambut and Didier Auger welcome you to their farm and offer you their farm produce. If you've never eaten goat's meat before, this is the perfect opportunity to sample the dishes cooked and concocted by Marie-Thérèse. The couple raise their own goats, fed on cereals grown on the farm. In addition to goats, they also raise calves, pigs and oxen. Their products can also be found at the Cave Coopérative de Valençay. Behind these products, discover a true education in eating well!
