THE DOLMEN OF THE CHARDY
Megalith lovers will appreciate this rounded dolmen. The table is swollen, like the hat of a cedar; it measures almost 3 meters out of 3. It is based on three pillars. It was built in the Neolithic era and is made of granite. His rock is probably coming from the surrounding area. Excavated on several occasions, the site discovered flint knives, pottery tessons and forge slag. The cross inscribed on the table is much more recent: It is a mark of borswimming made in the eighteenth century by the convent of Grandmont which delimited its field.
