Claire Evano makes organic pastries, certified by Ecocert. You will find her delicious hazelnut crunchies at farmers' markets, organic markets and Christmas markets. She also makes delicious triangular-shaped financiers with many flavours (vanilla, candied orange, chocolate chips, lemon, orange blossom...), but also walnut tarts and several other kinds of small cakes, all as appetizing as each other.
