Regional cheese and cream stores Le Blanc

This producer offers farm gate sales of his A.O.P Pouligny-Saint-Pierre farm goat cheese. For more than 25 years, the goat farm has been producing this delicious pyramid-shaped cheese, which is special because of its light taste, its smooth and creamy paste, and its fine bluish-grey rind. Ferme des Ages has won 14 medals in 20 years. It is one of the operating sites of the agricultural high school of Châteauroux. The farm can be visited, to the delight of families, but reservations are recommended - especially in summer.
