In Le Blanc, Thomas and Lise Bellet warmly welcome you to their artisanal home, a veritable temple of chocolate and fine pastry. They invite you on a tasty escapade of tradition and creativity, in a friendly atmosphere. This artisanal patisserie-chocolaterie offers a wide range of delicacies, all homemade with rigorously selected ingredients. Their chocolate specialties include the unmissable Croquants de Brenne, irresistible praline rochers, praline cigars and an elegant selection of pure-origin bars, for a true sensory voyage through the cocoa lands. On the pastry side, it's hard to resist refined desserts such as crispy Paris-Brest, fresh strawberry tart, vanilla-infused flan and majestic Saint-Honoré. The macaroons, meanwhile, come in a symphony of delicate flavors: passion, pistachio, salted butter caramel, raspberry, chocolate, rose, vanilla... a veritable palette of sweetness for the eyes and taste buds. The boutique is also bursting with artisanal confectionery, ideal for small pleasures or special occasions. Let yourself be tempted by chocolate-covered marshmallow bears, white chocolate crisps, fruit jellies... Création Chocolat also offers customized confections to enhance weddings, birthdays, christenings or corporate events.
