This family-run cheese factory dating back to 1947 develops and refines 1 000 tons of the finest Berry goat cheeses each year. The total range covers about thirty products, which are displayed in several presentations or refining processes. All the chèvre of the region are represented, Valençay, Stool sur Cher, Sainte-Moorish of Touraine, Crottin de Chavignol, Southern Saint-Pierre, but also regional, Heart of Berry, Blueberry or Round Refined.
