This caprine breeding produces goat cheese for four generations. But meat is also valued in blocks and rillings. New 2017: goat's sausage. Direct sale takes place on the farm Tuesday to Friday at the end of the day, as well as on farmers' markets. Their pyramidal form cheese (AOP Pouligny-Saint-Pierre) is also found in Pouligny-Saint-Pierre (La Maison des Fromages). Canned foods are available in fine grocery stores and at the Maison du Parc de Rosnay.
