Marguer'ice is first and foremost a farm where cows are raised, fed mainly with ingredients from the farm. The milk is then transformed on site into ice creams. The ice creams are flavored with natural ingredients, and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
Sorbets are also produced to the same exacting standards. A total of 30 flavors of ice cream and sorbet are available, either in nearby shops, or for direct pick-up on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
