Jean Hervé started making Tahin and almond puree in 1976! At the time, he used them as a food supplement within his family. Dried over a wood fire and crushed on a stone millstone, the initial traditional technique has persisted to guarantee the taste and qualities of the products. Indeed, nuts and dried fruits are full of nutrients and can be found in most organic shops. Today, alongside the famous Tahin, you can find spreads with various nuts and cocoa.
