Laurent Delrieu, a goatherd and cheese maker, welcomes you to his approved "educational farm" for a tour of the premises. It begins with the discovery of the goats, continues with the making of the cheese from the milking to the art of its maturing and ends with a tasting. The farm sells its mature goat's cheeses - tomme, crottin, log, pyramid - and its old-fashioned fromage blanc. You will also find goat's milk soaps made from 100% artisanal goat's milk.
