Beautiful little pre-Renaissance château offering organized concerts and an inner courtyard with fine acoustics
Located in the heart of Champagne berrichonne, Château d'Argy is a magnificent little pre-Renaissance château. Its history dates back to the 12ᵉ century, when it was a fortified manor house. It then underwent various renovations before becoming a full-fledged château in the 16ᵉ century.
Today, it is being renovated by volunteers from the Arcade association to preserve it. Because as well as being visually stunning, especially with its inner courtyard, it boasts great acoustics. Concerts are also held here!
