FERME AUBERGE DES SEPT FONTAINES
Farm hostel with guest rooms and a restaurant serving Alsatian specialities made with farm products
This 18th century building was built by a servant of the Baron of Fleckenstein who, in gratitude, gave the servant land and a large sum of money. A sufficient sum to build two mills for his daughters, one grain mill (the current one) and the other oil mill ("La Oehlmühle", a hundred metres below). Since then, the FINCK Family has been offering you a weekday meal in its restaurant, a varied menu, typical menus, Alsatian specialities on request and, on the accommodation side, guest rooms on the farm and in the restored "La Oehlmühe" mill. On their farm they raise many animals including Charolais cows and produce fruits and vegetables that they serve you at the table.
