Valérie and Laurent Duyck cultivate cereals and raise ducks in the purest tradition, in their farm of the garenne, located not far from Houdan. The ducks grow up in the open air, are housed in ecological buildings and are fed with the farm's own cereals to guarantee quality dishes. They then offer processed products such as rillettes, duck breast, confits, cassoulet, foie gras... and sell them in a shop located in rue Diane de Poitiers in Anet. Visit the farm to discover the exploitation.
