Opening: 7/7 except Saturday lunchtime for the restaurant but the hotel 7/7 and 24h24. 80 rooms. 111 €. Children's menu 15€. Swimming pool /spa/ hammam included package with the room massage massage in supplement from 89€. Animals accepted (animals 10€). Wifi. Catering (restaurant: the Vauban café with a seasonal cuisine and bistronomy: mixing recipe between French and traditional gastronomy, the menu 32 to 39€ excluding drinks / the dish is 18€). Hammam. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Service et cuisine médiocres, beaucoup d’attente, les plats étaient froids et l’accueil laisse à désirer bref c’est une cantine mais pas un restaurant…

Dans un lieu ainsi recommandé par Les Collectionneurs, nous attendions une table excellente, au minimum correcte. Dans le seul menu proposé, amuses-gueules mauvais, entrée (rémoulade) mauvaise. La viande heureusement bonne. Seulement trois vins proposés en rouge à 45 €, ouf le notre fut correct. Le tout pour 150 euros pour deux.
Résolument notre plus mauvais restaurant depuis longtemps, et Dieu sait si l'on en fait beaucoup. Salle d'ambiance on ne peut plus triste. Difficile d'être constructif, à part le service qui faisait tout ce qu'il peut. Never more. 04 septembre 2021.

Un excellent restaurant dans un très bel hôtel !
Je vous conseille le cabillaud et son risotto, un vrai délice ! Ainsi que le fondant au chocolat.
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée et le service est excellent.
