Vairua Perles is a beautiful family story created in 1994 in Raiatea, a special site where you can feel the heartbeat of Polynesia. Vairua is simply the name of the neighborhood where this pearl farm was born. In this small pink house on stilts with an atypical charm, Andrew is in charge of the production, his wife Cécile is in charge of the sale and their daughter Vainehu will welcome you and give you a presentation (from grafting to pearl harvesting) and a free visit of the farm where you will find jewelry created and assembled on the spot.

Mélanie, originally from the USA, has lived in France, India and Morocco. After studying Fine Arts in Aix-en-Provence, she decided to return to live in French Polynesia in 1999, twenty years after her first stay. Her oil paintings, with their sparkling lights and expressive, sensual drawings, sublimate Polynesia and the love of a people. His creations can also be found in the art galleries of the Society Islands. As an added bonus, you can enjoy smoothee pops (eskimos made from fruits grown in the garden) and ice creams on site.

A stop to discover the magic of Tahiti's cultured pearl. Founded by Peter Owen, this pearl farm, the only one on the island, has actively participated in the establishment of an environmental protection association to preserve Huahine's biodiversity. The island's waters are proud to be inhabited by butterfly fish, gannets, dolphins, whales, and even sea turtles. Beautiful pottery made by Peter, a potter for 50 years, is also on display (Peter in Tahitian means "potter").
