Created by a group of businessmen, the Mt. Whitney golf course was proposed to one of the most famous golf architects, Mr. Bob Baldock. Work began in 1958 and he quickly designated the site as the finest golf course he had ever seen. The result today is a 9-hole course considered the most picturesque in the country. Although the layouts are relatively straight, the natural traps will add the necessary salt to a good game!
