개인적으로 방문하고 싶어 직접 예약하고 찾아간 와이너리. 키안티 와인 산지 중 서쪽 끝에 위치해 있다. 피렌체에서 멀지 않았다. 산지오베제와 소수 품종의 포도를 재배하는 비교적 신생 와이너리이지만, 지하 저장고를 보고는 입이 떡 벌어짐. 좋은 와인을 생산하고 있어 이탈리아의 국가적인 행사 와인으로 지정되는 일도 많고, 국제 대회에서 매년 수상을 하고 있는 것 같음. 치즈, 햄 시식이 포함된 투어를 예약해서 오렌지 룸이라 불리는 아름다운 공간에서 시음과 점심을 들었음. 창업자의 딸 로라 비앙키 여사도 친구와 같은 공간에서 와인을 드시며 짧은 인사 건넴. 피렌체에서부터 와이너리 가는 투스카니 지방 드라이빙도 매우 좋았고, 와인 제조와 보관, 와이너리 히스토리등 무궁무진한 이야기들이 풍성했던 투어. 직접 컨택해서 가기를 매우 잘 했다고 생각됨
