Located in the heart of the old town, in the historic quarter, this recently opened restaurant offers a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very good option to discover the gastronomy of Piedmont, very good value for money (we recommend the «Tasting menu» formula). Located in a completely renovated building without being denatured, the 4 Ciance offers a cuisine based on products only Piedmontese and home made. The menu of specialities is a place for authenticity and craftsmanship, the presentation is modern "author" style. Pasta, risottos, antipasti, and exquisite meat from a farm located in the hills of Cuneo, owned by the family of Giacomo, one of the three masters of the site. With Daniele and Gian Maria, Giacomo and his fine team will seduce you with their kindness and kindness. All accompanied by the best bottles of Piedmontese and Italian wines, secretly guarded in an exceptional cellar (more than 300 labels; bouteilles bottles and also glass tasting). Beware of keeping a little room, because homemade desserts are essential.

Located at an altitude of 2,300 m, just above Sestrières. The building that houses this restaurant is the former arrival station of the cable car. It was built in 1989, three years after the closure of the old cable car, which dated back to the 1930s. The restaurant's large room with its bay window offers a beautiful view of the pass, and you can also enjoy the terrace when the weather permits. Typical cuisine, with specialities such as tartiflette or venison stew with juniper berries. Nice Piedmontese wine list.

Hardly outside the center, a very popular address for its large plancuterie boards, cheeses and frogs, with a wink to the culinary tradition of Emilie Romagna. Some good primi, tagliatelle at risotto through gnocchi, but the best plan remains the Tigella Menu at 10 € with beautiful charcuterie boards, a plateau of different sauces and a basket of gnocchi fritti (fried bread and hot served). A good address for dinner and aperitif.

In 2011, in Turin, three friends decided to cook Jacket Potato with an Italian twist. Basically, anything you can put on a pizza, you put here in a baked potato. The result is delicious, because the products chosen are of the highest quality, and the potato, more than respectable in size, is slowly cooked in a special oven that leaves the flesh melting and the skin crispy, with a slight burnt taste...
