The observatory of Alifant has the largest telescope in Europe dpuis that can scan planets, sun, nebulas galaxies and surrounding planet earth.

Located on the plateau du Mont-Cros, the Nice Observatory was created in 1881, according to the will of a patron philanthropist, Raphaël-Louis Bischoffsheim. Built in stone of the region, its square base presents four facades perfectly symmetrical and identical.
