In case of closure, you can contact the inter-communal office of Castellane, of which it is a branch office.

There are not one but four Serre-Chevalier tourism offices for each "floor" in the Guisane Valley: Briançon, Chantemerle-Saint-Chaffrey, Villeneuve-La Salle-les-Alpes and Monêtier-les-Bains.
