This residence is managed by the Group Séjours du Sud, which also has two other structures in the region (Mandelieu-La-Napoule and Eze). Nice Fleurs is located in the neighbourhood of the musicians (near centre and beach). It has a major advantage: its garden, a real oasis in the heart of Nice. The 88 apartments are spread over two buildings. Surfaces vary from studio to studio with up to 6 people. They are spacious and perfectly equipped: Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and W.C. separate kitchen, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, electric plates, refrigerator and dishwasher (except in studios). Flat screen TV, Wi-fi (pay service). Possibility to have a daily or weekly household according to its wishes and budget. The reception is warm, it is one of the strengths of the group that emphasizes the art of receiving its guests.
